Refund & Return Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on cosmetic or personal care items once they have been shipped. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of our customers and to comply with hygiene and contamination standards.

Non-Refundable Items Include:

  • Whipped shea butters

  • Body butters, creams, or oils

  • Perfume oils, perfumes, and body sprays

  • Any opened or used product

Exceptions

A replacement or store credit may be issued only if:

  • You received the wrong item

These issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Additional Notes

  • No refunds will be issued for scent preference, scent strength, or skin sensitivity.

  • No refunds will be issued for melting or texture changes caused by heat during transit.
